Privacy and Cookie Policy
1. Who we are
TMRW Agency s.r.o., Company ID: 087 84 434, with its registered office at Na Folimance 2155/15, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 325244, operates the website tmrw.marketing and, in connection with this, processes personal data of visitors, clients and business partners.
This document explains what personal data we process, why we do it, how we protect it, and what rights you have in this regard.
2. What data we process and why
If you contact us, request services or represent a business partner, we process the personal data you voluntarily provide — such as your name, email, phone number, company name, job title, or the content of your message. This data is used for communication, responding to your inquiry, establishing cooperation, invoicing, or fulfilling contractual and project-related obligations.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email and any other contact details you provide in order to send you information about our services, updates, and inspiring content. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Data submitted through the forms on our website is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your message. If you give consent, some of this data may also be stored in cookies or used in tools that help us measure website and advertising performance. In such cases, we never share your data with third parties in readable form and we never allow it to be directly associated with your identity.
3. How we protect your data and who has access
We protect your data both technically and organizationally to prevent misuse, loss, or unauthorized access. We only process data to the extent necessary for the given purpose.
Access to personal data is granted to our collaborators, suppliers and contractual partners who help us operate our services. Specifically: Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd.) through our own first-party domain red.tmrw.marketing for managing measurement and marketing tags; Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) for sending transactional and contact emails; Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) for scheduling consultation calls; Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights (Vercel Inc., USA) for measuring website performance and anonymized visits; Meta and Google advertising platforms with technically modified data that does not allow direct identification.
All partners are contractually bound to process data securely and solely according to our instructions.
International data transfers: Some of our processors are based in the United States. The transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (2023). All US-based processors listed above are DPF-certified.
4. Cookies and consent management
When you visit our website, small text files called cookies may be stored on your device. These cookies help ensure the correct functionality of the website, remember your preferences, improve our content, or display relevant ads.
We use various types of cookies — strictly necessary, analytics and marketing. Analytical and marketing cookies are used only with your consent.
For advertising cookies we use Google Consent Mode v2, which has been required for Google Ads remarketing in the EU since March 2024. If you do not provide consent, anonymized data is transmitted in a limited form without identifiers.
On your first visit to the site, a cookie banner will appear, allowing you to select which categories of cookies you allow us to use. As part of marketing tools, your email may be processed in a way that does not allow direct identification. We never share your personal data with third parties in readable form.
5. How long we keep your data
We only keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. If the data processing is based on a contract, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and as required by law. If processing is based on your consent, we keep the data only until you withdraw your consent.
6. Your rights
You have the right to know what data we process about you, to request its correction or completion, to request deletion or restriction of processing, and to object to processing. If you have provided consent, you can withdraw it at any time. If technically possible, you can also request the transfer of your data to another controller.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We handle all requests without undue delay and in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, https://www.uoou.cz/en) or with the supervisory authority in your EU member state.
7. Data Protection Officer
We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) under Article 37 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All inquiries regarding the processing of personal data should be directed to the contact details listed below.
8. Artificial intelligence and machine learning
Publicly available content on tmrw.marketing may be indexed and processed by artificial intelligence systems (e.g., GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended). This crawling applies only to publicly available page content; AI systems do not have access to personal data submitted via contact forms, newsletter or client engagement.
Data you provide to us is never sent to generative AI tools and is never used to train AI models.

10. Effective date
This document is effective from 27 April 2026 and may be updated in response to changes in legislation or our internal processes. The previous version was effective from 1 December 2023.
